Workflow automation projects run about 3–6 weeks. Custom agent builds run 6–12 weeks depending on scope. Strategy engagements are 2 weeks, fixed. Technology Solutions engagements run 3–6 weeks depending on integration count. eCommerce builds run 4–8 weeks depending on catalog size and migration complexity.
